Thank you, Rhonda for all your dog pix I used this week!

Today we had our first snow of the season.
Nothing accumulated down in Town,
but the hills are well speckled with white.

Ruby likes snow just fine, but would like it better if it was about 75 degrees instead of 38.

She kept trying to catch it. What a change from the warm and sunny days of last week.

Here's a smart dog! Ruby finds some dark screening, and drags it over to her supervisory area to warm her carpet.
Ruby set her cap for our dear, recently departed Cousin Trappy.
Unfortunately for her, he was a confirmed bachelor in his old age and was immune to her flirting.

Ruby has three cousins, Barley, Cooper and Gravy. Barley and Coop are Catahoula Leopard Dogs.
Ruby hasn't figured out what kind of dog Gravy is, yet, and not only does he smell funny and is one ugly dog,
he doesn't want to play like the other dogs do.
Boy is Ruby glad she can run fast!

But somehow, Gravy's poops are better than other dogs',
the only thing better than eating it is rolling in it!
Now, Baby Cooper on the other hand, is a pro at dog play!

He especially liked chase.
Of course, they tended to wear each other out.

Here are Ruby and Barley, doing what must be done to rid the planet of some noxious stuffed animal.
At home, Ruby takes her guard duties very seriously, except for most of the time.
