Tragedy Strikes - A Baby Ate My Dingo!

Tragedy struck today in a small rural Arizona town when a voracious,
teething 4 month old baby chewed the head off a 2 1/2 year old Australian Cattle Dog.

In what could be compared to a sick reversal of the 1988 film, "A Cry in the Dark,"
Grandpa Jim Green looked up in the middle of "Doom the Movie,"
to find his headless dog's body laying next to his infant granddaughter.

"One moment she was fine, and I had to say, 'Ruby, NO LICK'  and the next minute,
Baby Breanna was smiling and gurgling but the dog's head was gone," sobbed Green.

Superior Police conjecture that the baby's teething instinct was so strong,
coupled with the three teeth already present, that the infant grabbed the dog by the collar,
and the dog, happily expecting to get hit in the face with spit up,
put her head where the teething baby could eat it.

In a related incident, the infant's older sister Sheanna's alleged dog bite by Ruby
was found to have been committed by step Grandma Eileen Bertie.
"I told the girl that if she hit the dog or bothered her she would get bit.
I never said the dog would bite her."

Apparently, when the girl pestered the dog, and when the dog showed no inclination to bite,
Bertie put the child on the sofa, put the child's arm in her mouth,
and started growling and pressing with her teeth until the child cried.

No skin was broken, and no charges pressed.
